Service Agreement

By scheduling or receiving plumbing services from Plumbing Doctor Abilene, you agree to these terms. Services are provided by licensed plumbing technicians in accordance with Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners regulations and the Texas Plumbing License Law.

Pricing and Payment

All work is priced on a flat-rate basis. Pricing is presented to the customer before work begins, and work does not commence until the customer approves the quoted price. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Warranty

All repair work is warranted as specified in the written warranty provided at completion of service. Warranty covers workmanship and parts installed by Plumbing Doctor Abilene. Warranty does not cover damage caused by customer actions, subsequent plumbing failures in unrelated systems, or normal wear and tear after the warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

Plumbing Doctor Abilene’s liability for any service is limited to the cost of that service. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages except where caused by our documented negligence.
